Having experienced the sedentary aspects of a former work routine, I delved into yoga education after following 15 years of yoga practice with many teachers at Elbowroom and accomplished my 500-hour RYS certification at Vikasa in Koh Samui, Thailand. I have continuously explored across various facets of yoga over the years this has enriched my practice greatly.

With my style of yoga flow I give some practical exercise tips to aim towards strengthening the core and functional movement to allow the spine and body to move with fluidity. A healthy spine = healthy life. All the while synchronising breathe to movement allowing for strength and conditioning during class.

With warm up, mobility in yoga transitions and a lovely savasana to the end of the practice you will notice a difference in your flexibility and strenghth in a matter of weeks. You make the time and invest in yourself both mentally and physically.
